Critical thinker for sure, fierce words lover and undoubtedly a bit crazy, my journey makes me grow from a goalkeeper to the guardian/keeper of YOUR goals!
Driven by a need for transparency, I like to accompany people and projects in the development of their full potential. I define myself as an ideas and business agitator, a facilitator.
I derive satisfaction from the sharing of ideas and information to help make a positive difference for others. Unlocking potential, empowering people and driving social change through education, sport and corporate social responsibility are my main drivers and ambition. Hence my main objective: to develop, encourage and facilitate the sharing of knowledge and the decompartmentalization of sectors.
Throughout my nine years of experience working in non-for-profit associative structures evolving in the field of sport and in an international, multicultural and dynamic environment, I have acquired a good knowledge of the sporting world and its economic imperatives as well as the framework of intervention of each sports actors. I have also developed expertise in the workings of European and international institutions and European funding.
I have been feeling a need for change and could not help but think “What is the meaning of this job? How could I be more impactful and make my skills and experience available to those who really need it and have the potential to drive change locally?“. These questions turned out as a call to action, something I could not resist at the beginning of 2018. This is the reason why I left my full-time job and created BeInnovActiv’.
From now on, I am looking straight ahead and I hope to bring in the missing bricks you and/or your organisation may need to shine and reach your hoped-fo-future.
